Setup was easy. Took maybe 15-20 minutes tops, no additional tools or weird steps. It’s definitely compact, so don’t expect a full-size couch experience, but if you know what you’re getting, it punches above its weight. The cushions are firmer than a regular couch (which I actually prefer), and once it’s pulled out, it makes for a super functional twin-sized bed.
It’s not something I’d sleep on every night long-term, but for guests, naps, or even tossing a blanket on it and watching TV? 100% worth it. The black fabric looks clean and hides dirt well, and it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy when you sit down. The adjustable back is also a nice touch if you want to lean back or lounge.
If you’ve got a smaller space or just need a multi-purpose seating/sleeping setup, I’d definitely recommend it. Solid bang for your buck.

Wasn’t too heavy to move up the stairs (you can move it in pieces and my 13 year old was fine).
We were going to get a Murphy bed but this will do just fine.
