This little fan packs a punch; it has changed how I survive at work without fans, especially on hot nights when trying to sleep. I did not expect this fan to be almost as powerful as an actual 12-inch fan. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Very nice fan easy to operate and I like that it shows the battery power in percentage and not just a couple of dots that you have to guess of how much battery left it packs a good amount of power and you can possession it in several different ways and the neck strap is also good, I highly recommend it another good quality product from Amazon!

Bought a couple of these for my vacation to Costa Rica to help combat the extreme humidity and heat. Happy to say that it’s an absolute game changer. I love how it folds so you can set it on a table and angle it however you’d like. I’ve also used the lanyard to angle it upwards towards my neck and face while we walked across the bridge across the border into Panama where it was very hot and muggy. It made the journey completely tolerable. The highest I’ve needed to use it is Level 2 and the noise level and battery life has been great so far. Can’t recommend it enough.

I bought this for my study and bedside table for when I need a little air circulation, and also for when I travel to tropical climates. The build quality is solid/well made. It is relatively light weight considering the size of the built-in battery and is comfortable to hold. After a full charge, I turned it on the minimum setting of ‘01’ and left it running for 10 hours. There was still 22% battery left. It is also very quiet compared to the other portable fans I’ve had. The video, taken from a distance of approximately 30cm, sounds louder than the actual noise coming from the fan. Not sure if it’s the positioning of my phone. Very happy with this purchase.

One never enough. I also bought the neck fan as well but its not that good. So far these are all good and can actually works very well in the very hot weather.

Love how it has almost no sound when it’s on! (On the first level) Very good quality & battery doesn’t need to charge too often. Only thing is it’s bigger than i thought. Still fits in my bag but it’s just not as small to carry around with you! would definitely recommend though !!

This fan surprises everyone I've come across while using it. The airflow is impressive. The battery life is superb, beyond what you would expect. I've used this set up overnight in setting one and two and it has lasted. I enjoyed the first one so much I ordered a second. Minor inconvenience that the pink sting came loose, it will have to be threaded through again, but still rating five stars for functionality and quality. I also love all the angles it can be set to. Great fan!

A must have for anyone who sweat hard while they are working. This fan have came in handy for me and kept me cool at work while I’m on my feet for 12 hours if you are someone who works hard and sweat hard when you’re at work get the fan you won’t be disappointed.

I have two other brands and they have a reduced speed, the first with a noise of 32 decibels. These are the first as the second at 41 decibels and the air flow force corresponds to the 2 speeds of my old ones. I still like it to start with a very, very light breeze. But they are still high-quality - they bend and the display is informative. I need them mainly for the children to cool the soup, each with their own fan😄

This fan is going to be a game changer. I LOVE the strap that keeps my hands free. This fan feels powerful and looks super slick. Yeah it's slightly bulky but I don't think it's heavy. I love the portability and its look. I highly recommend!

I was looking for a rechargeable fan that really cooled me off.. I’m a hot blooded person and it doesn’t take much and I’m hot. I’ve bought a second since for my hubby..
I’ve had people borrow it and the say where did you get this..it is so worth the money! I was at a baby shower recent and mom got hot opening all the gifts .. jokingly asked does anything have a fan? I pulled this out of my purse and it was a big hit!!

I was using this while working in a forklift and even at Speed 3 I could feel it from a distance. It was recommended to me by someone and after feeling it even at 2, I had to get one. It's versatile, portable and very functional. Easy plug and play. It's sad people don't read because it tells you it only lasts 19 hours at the LOWEST speed and there goes someone and says they used it at 4 and battery went by fast lol. It does last more than advertised but I like that they aim to keep expectations low. I will try it at 5 and might update how long it really lasts but at 2 seems to keep me cool and lasts a long time.

This is a chunky fan. The battery adds weight so it feels secure and sturdy, and It's not the lightest of portable fans, but don't let that put you off. You do get the feeling it will last. This is my second (or third, I'm not sure) jisulife fan, my last having survived being dropped into puddles and thrown around before finally giving up (I suspect it burnt out it's motor in my bag...oops).
For my next fan I fancied a folding one
that could sit on a table easier (I hate the heat) so I bought this life 7 variety. First thoughts were 'this is chunky' 😂 the wide handle is perfect for stability on a table or on the ground, less so for holding due to its shape but it's still perfectly useable. The on off button at the back is a welcome addition for when throwing into a rucksack so it doesn't turn on accidentally (cough cough).
Wind speed wise, 1 is a gentle breeze and is quite pleasant. 2 is perfect for on a table to get a cooling effect without to much disturbance. 3 is ruffling, 4 is more so and 5 is really only for those 'oh my god I hate hot flushes' moments. It works very well for those by the way. It's fairly quiet as well, especially in the lower settings. I mean, your never going to have a silent fan, but nobody is going to complain about the noise on a bus etc.
It can be used in 2 ways on a table, so the air blows straight across, or the head can be angled up for a lower table or use at ground level and this seems fine for most scenarios.
The added bonus is using it around the neck for hands free cooling. It's not the most elegant maybe, but it works better than a neck fan, which only blows air on the neck (hence the name I suppose), while this blows air on your face, and let's be honest, during hot weather you want air on your face!! I'm not soooo keen on the lanyard system, which involves clicking off the ends to attach and detach, I'd like an easier way to remove the strap that doesn't leave the loops in place, but maybe I'm being finnickity. I imagine I'll only use the lanyard when I know it's going to be really hot and I'm likely to need cool air constantly on my face. Did I mention yet I hate the heat?
Edited to say it charged this morning from 11 to 100 in a couple of hours which is great, and the battery lasts long enough to use all night over 2 nights on level 1 and still use during the day as needed.
All in all I like it. It works well, has enough settings to please a hot person, and seems well made... Happy days. Happy cool days. Now bring back winter! 😁
Further edit after a couple of weeks...works well still and lasts a long while on lower power. One minor annoyance is the led display, which is a bit bright for use at night...I stick tape over the display if it's running all night.

It’s not the quietest but it does the job. It’s actually quite powerful for it’s size. I have a different one by the same brand and it lasted quite long. I hope this one lasts long as well.

I've gone through several fans and each one had their flaws from too big..not cooling enough..bad battery life buuuuttt this one seems to have it all! Battery life is good on high. Level 2 is stronger than any hand held fan that I've had and this one has 5 levels! Level 4-5 can be a bit loud for a quiet area but 1-3 can still get the job done. Grip on bottom when it in a sitting position is a nice touch and also having the option to add a neck string is good. Brought this fan to a party and 4 people asked for the link amd bought it right away due to how hreat the air flow is. I love this fan and would buy it again.

The overall structure is very rigid. It does not feel flimsy at all. Even the angle adjustment, as you can see in my video, is very sturdy.

The output can go from a pleasant breeze to a stronger wind. In my case, it is enough to keep me feeling fresh even wearing my suit in public transportation.

As a reference for duration, I used it throughout the F1 race and it died on my way back home. All in all, that amounts to about 3,5 hours at full blast setting before the battery dies.

Compact, lightweight and easy to use. Can be a handheld fan or a desktop fan. Also comes with a lanyard to hang around the neck ans be ready to use anytime. Doesn’t need a stand or support if being used hands-free. Nice colour too. Charging is quick and easy. With essential battery percentage indicator to keep you aware how much juice you left. It not noisy nor strong given the size especially on the first setting but adequate to keep you fresh.

This portable mini fan is amazing! It's got power, adjustable and the temperature will depend on the climate you're in. But it does blow and although not so silent, it's worth the money. I also love the color and how easy it is to use. The battery has lasted very long, although I've had it a short time. It's very sturdy and durable. I've taken it to the beach as well and loved it. In fact, I had several people ask where I purchased it.

Packed this in my carry on during a recent trip with no regrets. Helps tremendously when you’re somewhere humid. Multiple settings, doesn’t blow warm air, & is adjustable so you can keep it hands free on a table

I have a JISULIFE neck fan and I love it. So I ordered this handheld fan as an addition. OMG, this one is strong. For myself, basically level 1 to 3 is more than sufficient. Level 4 and 5 are powerful! I don't know in what situation I would need that, but it's great to have the option. The battery lasts very long too. Last week we took a peek at the Summer weather in Toronto (up to 28 degrees). I didn't wanna turn on the air conditioning just yet. So I put this little fan on my side table facing me sitting on the sofa. I had my dinner followed by a movie and also watched some news, when I went to get ready for bed, I realized the fan had been turning on for 5 hours. It's amazing. I have yet to take it along with me to the park or other outdoor activities, but I have no doubt it's gonna be awesome, especially under the sun. I highly recommend this JISULIFE handheld fan to everyone.

Needed a portable fan for a dance competition for my daughter and she loves this. She bring it everywhere she goes. It stays charged for a while. Quality is good, performance is surprisingly powerful, it's handheld so size is pretty convenient. I wouldn't call it loud. Sounds more like a bee buzzing. 🤷‍♀️

I really like this fan, it's powerful! It's actually quiet for the size and lasts the full advertised time (~19 hours).
Note: The fan does not sound as loud as the video makes it seem - for whatever reason, the mic on the phone camera really wanted to pick up that sound.

The Good:
- Nailed the size. The fan is light, and powerful enough to be effective as a cooling fan
- Has a lanyard with two clips that allows to put fan around neck, or waist.
- Adjustable fan direction! You can set adjust it to set nicely on a table/desk, or adjust it to be set up almost anywhere.
-The front of the display has a deceivingly amazing digital display that lights up to show you the battery % when you turn it on and the speed.
- USB C to charge.

The not so good:
-USB C charging is slow ~4 hours - this is acceptable though since it lasts for a full day, so you only really need to charge overnight anyway.

Overall:
If you are looking for a versatile portable fan that you can wear around your neck or waist, and is very adjustable, then yeah I highly recommend this! Really well executed fan!

This is a cracking little fan that punches well above its weight and really does make a difference. It has five speed and conveniently displays the percentage of battery remaining. Spped 1 is gentle but 5 is amazing for the size of the unit and is very cooling indeed.

Apparently speed number one this can last up to 19 1/2 hours so it is well-made and very easy to charge. You can hold it in your hand, hang it around your neck for hands-free cooling or even fold it into a stand and have it directly on you from a table or similar.

Comes simply boxed you have a deceptively small fan with a high airflow. While these can be used on a side or desk they're more designed for on the go, days out, hot holidays etc.
They come with a strap that lets them sit on your chest and hands free keep yourself cool. the item itself is made from a nice plastic and has a good weight thats not too heavy meaning the fan magnets are high quality and the battery is large while being well protected. Theres a cleverly placed LCD that shows both the battery percentage and the fan speed setting you have it on, strapped to your chest, on full it like sticking your head out of a car window.
Theres a button on the front to go through each setting while a hard slide switch on the back will power it off and keep it off.
I've used alot of these types of fans over the years, theres plenty out there in the 10-15 pound range that do ok but by the end of the summer are rattly, always way louder and the battery starts to give.
JISULIFE arnt your usual stuff from china, they are a long established brand producing small powerful fans for a long time now and this really shows. You ARE paying more but you ARE getting a vastly superior product than the standard tat options.

Despite the small size, this little fan has the power to cool you off. It comes with the fan unit, C to USB charging cable, lanyard and instruction booklet that is multilingual. I charged it up to 100% and began to use it. I attached the lanyard and tested in that mode. Power level 1 was okay, but the rest of the levels felt like too much blowing air that close to my face. Also, the fan shifted so I won’t be using that way. I found it convenient to use as a small portable fan that is easily moved from place to place. As you move from levels 1-5, the unit is increasingly noisy, but not terribly so. I will be using this for some extra cooling where needed this summer. More powerful than you would think, given the size.

This handheld fan is simply the most powerful handheld fan I've ever gotten to test out! It is a bit pricey compared to the competition at $39, but I believe it is worth the price as this fan is simply about 4–5 times more powerful than the rest! At around levels 3 to 5, it is quite powerful, enough to make you feel like you're standing next to an actual pedestal fan.

The battery life is also pretty decent and lasts a good while, especially on the low setting. The fact that it can be charged with just a USB-C cable makes this extra useful.

The included neck strap is also quite easy to set up and use right away! At first, I was sceptical, thinking that this would weigh me down a lot and be uncomfortable. I was glad to be wrong. It was actually quite comfortable resting on my chest, and with its highest setting, it felt like a really nice breeze constantly blowing on my neck!

Overall, I can easily suggest this portable handheld fan for anyone looking for something that has a notable margin of quality above the rest of the competition. The price may be steep, but the quality and power that you are getting with this are simply incredible.

I am rating this product 5-stars, long battery life, very high quality construction, attractive design, 5-speeds, digital status display, however, the fan is a bit whiny at higher speeds. Read on for details.

I’ve tested several personal fans and this one seems built the most high quality. The touchpoints really feel smooth and the plastic feels silky. The battery is heavy enough to provide a stable base; in contrast, the lesser fans with smaller batteries tend to tip over. When the base is on a flat surface, the fan head can be tilted to point in different angles – roughly 105 degrees in one direction and 30 degrees the other.

There are 5 speed settings. The lowest setting provides a near silent gentle breeze and thrifty power usage – really good for setting on the nightstand to keep cooler on hot summer nights. The higher speeds really increase the airflow. Each step seems to be the final and it seems incredible that there’s yet another higher speed. The highest speed blows impressively; the fan isn’t obnoxiously loud but it is noticeable with a turbine-esque whine.

This unit has a button on the front and a hard power switch in the rear to prevent accidental usage. Pushing the button also displays the power estimate in percentage.

I performed an endurance test. I ran the fan on the lowest setting which demonstrates the longest runtime possible. I observed a 16.5 hour runtime. After 15 hours of continuously running on “LOW”, the battery meter read 30%. However, in 1.5 hours, the battery went dead and drained to 0%. Using an inline wattmeter, I measured the energy required to charge back to full. Impressively, it absorbed 17 Wh (watt hours) of charge. Hats off to JISULIFE for honestly and accurately representing the battery capacity on this fan.

In a realm of copycat products, I am someone who prefers quality over cheap price. The handheld fan market is a very crowded product space. This unit is a great upgrade over the cheaper brands that might even be half the price. The feel, fit, and finish is head and shoulders over the more inexpensive units (AND more expensive units too!)

Like this - it feels nicely weighted in hand - this a reflection of the overall quality. Plastics are good quality - no rough edges.

The fan head moves back and forth so you can angle the flow of air. You can have the fan sitting on the desk or even hanging round your neck and of course just held in you hand.

The fan seems to have an on/off button and another power button - not exactly clear why there are two. The second only seems to be used to turn off the fan. You then need to move it into a new position before you can turn the fan on again.

Quite expensive but it is good quality so I am happy to recommend.

Honestly, a wicked little fan. I was already surprised at the power on the middle settings. And when it went all the way up to the highest setting I was definitely impressed. This thing seems to punch above it's weight class fairly well. Great little device, and the USB rechargeable aspect makes it that much better.

Not a "fan" of batteries, so being able to charge this... makes me a fan..... of this fan... Cost vs value balancing falls within my tolerance range given the effectiveness of this little guy. Hopefully it holds up and lasts a while.

This fan is a little heavier than most and is a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for!! It has some serious power - like blow dry my hair power!! It has 5 speeds and they all move an impressive amount of air. It’s not quite as whisper quiet as other fans (it’s a little noisy) but with this amount of power that doesn’t surprise me nor is it a deal breaker. It is a little bigger but is comfortable to hold. It has an on/off switch so it doesn’t accidentally turn on when pressing the levels button. It has an adjustable neck strap that can easily be attached and detached. If it bends to create its own stand to use hands-free when you’re seated as well as to rest against your body and point up at your face. It is a really really good personal fan. The pink is cute. The battery lasts a long time. This one impresses me!

I didn't have high hopes for this little handheld fan and boy was I wrong! It has 5 levels of speed and level 5 has a really strong breeze. It is easy to charge and the charging cord and cube are included with this product. I ordered the 3600mh. I can't imagine how much more powerful the 5000mh must be.
So far I haven't used it enough to see how fast the charge goes down.
I can't wait to use it this summer. I'm also keeping it in a place I can quickly grab it to take it to my tornado shelter as well. It gets really stuffy down there. This will help so much.

Heavy little fan. Seems wellmade. Puts out a nice bit of air for a small fan. It is also a nice looking fan. It is not noisy at all. Easy to use and recharge.

I have nothing but good things to say about this fan. I have hot flashes and when they hit, oh boy. I pull this fan out and it immediately cools me down. It has 5 speeds. It blows from low to high. The price is a bit higher than others that I've had, however, it works better.
