This is an excellent automatic trash can. We have had a large one in the kitchen for years but never in the bathroom. This is small but mighty. It speaks, first of all! I was not expecting that and very surprised. It tells you if you have overfilled the bag or even when it is finished sealing the bag. Yeah, it seals the bag for you! I thought it just did it on its own automatically so I kept putting things in it waiting for it to seal, but I guess you do have to initiate that part. Hold the front button down for a few seconds and it’s like magic. It does its thing then opens up to give you a sealed bag for you to dispose of. It’s so neat. We’ve had it for about a month so far and haven’t had to recharge it yet, so the battery lasts. The motion sensor is pretty good. I haven’t had major issues with it not sensing my hand. It came with several backup bags to refill as well, so I think it will be a long lasting product. It’s clean looking and adds a bit of class to whatever room you choose to add it to.
